Hitch-Mounted EMS Shaker / Geology Probe

A custom-engineered, hitch-mounted Electromagnetic Seismic (EMS) Shaker and geology probe. This project involved end-to-end responsibility, from initial design and precise modelling to procurement, fabrication (including welding and painting), and final assembly. Key challenges overcome included ensuring robust vibration control, maintaining accuracy for geological data collection, and designing a rugged, yet precise, hitch-mounting system suitable for demanding field use. This bespoke solution enables efficient seismic testing, geological surveying, and specific data acquisition for clients.
