EMS Survey Trailer

Designed and fabricated a custom, ruggedized trailer platform specifically engineered to house and transport high-precision Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) systems for geological surveys.

A key innovation of this build is the custom-engineered independent trailing arm suspension system. By eliminating the traditional through-axle, I created a central unobstructed void that allows the sonar probe to be lowered directly to the ground surface. This design maximizes signal penetration and data accuracy while maintaining high ground clearance for off-road transit. The build is finished with reinforced roll-frames and weather-sealed industrial enclosures to protect sensitive instrumentation in harsh field environments.
